Job Description:
1. Lead generation, follow up and closure of sales transactions.
2. In depth understanding of Rajasthan real estate market.
3. Customer handling and organizing site visits for prospective customers.
4. To identify and understand customer needs and offer them the best solution.
5. Develop broker network for selling properties of the company.
6. Tap corporate clients for generating bulk deals and NRI clients for international sales.
7. Participation in company events and exhibitions (regional, national and international).

 

Experience:
4-10 years strong track record of sales. Excellent communication skills. Pleasing personality, good negotiation skills and soft skills to handle different clients.

 

Qualification:
Any graduate, MBA(Marketing) preferred.

 

Salary:
